You can make your own lip exfoliator at home using a toothbrush which is very soft. Rub the toothbrush gently on the lips and rinse till the time you see the flakes or the dead skin cells being removed. Apply lip balm immediately to moist the lips.

Another very good method is the use of scotch tape. You can have the scotch tape on the lips and then remove it gently.
